INSTRUCTIONS
Be fair and as honest as possible in your findings.
Use, as a basis, how you have been in the last year. Earlier conditions in your life do not count.
Look at column 1, Behavior and Physiology. Ask yourself how active you are physically. Is it 3.0? Is it 2.5? Locate the statement that most nearly seems to fit you and select it. This will correspond to an X on the chart itself.
Click on NEXT and go to column 2 on the chart, Medical Range.
Find the statement which best describes your health and select the one which mostly fits you. Note the X appearing on the chart at the corresponding number as you go through the columns.
Carry through this process with all 18 columns until you have selected the appropriate statement in each column of the graph. When you click NEXT after column 18, a line will automatically be drawn through these Xs all the way across the chart and out to the edge. This line will give you your position in the last six columns.
The horizontal line gives you your position on the Tone Scale. This level of the chart is yours. Note that in columns 4 and 10 there are two statements per each tone level. You make two evaluations of yourself for each column and select the tone for each column, even if one falls at 3.0 and the other falls at 1.1.
Take the Tone Scale Test
